Kansas files Fraud racketeering charge by Attorney General, against (I believe it was) Citi Bank or Citi Group for forged documents. This should be a up and comming story in the future nationwide. When the banks sell you loan in a negotiable instrument transaction with a thousand other loans/contracts, they loose the right to come into court, to foreclose on the contract. They are no longer the holder in due-course, another way to put is a party in the contract. Often they refer to you as the debtor, and the bank as the holder in due-course. We need to get a petition sigened by qualified electors in your county, to make the county attorney, prosecute all fraud in Mortgages like Graham County. Washington Mutual Home Loans has 1100 homes, in graham County Alone no federal license and no state license. These loans I believe have now have been sold to JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. I'll bet you never signed a contract with JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A. (ARS title 47-3501) allows you to ask anyone for proof of a contract with your name on it, according to (ARS title 33-1002).

It's a coverup to protect big banks by not having contracts, to enforce in the courts. The Democrats and Nanci Poloci is moving to renogotiate home owner loans, on the Federal level to stop state sovereignty courts from charging banks criminally. If the State charges them criminally, The Court can rule the contract to be null and void. The Household consumer walks away with no lien, no contract, and no liability to the bank.

Many Attorneys are participating in fiverilous claims before the court, which may get attorney's disbared. I believe it is in the peoples best interest to start a petiton in our county of all Bank Loans, that we might present to our Public Officials to start an action in violation of the Constitution of the United States of America, and the Constitution of the State of Arizona under our right to petition for grieviences against unlawful activity for which these Public Officials have sworn to uphold.
